Refund Policy

Effective 2026-09-19 · English is the authoritative policy version, subject to applicable law. Navigation is available in your selected language.

1. What You Purchase

Purchases are one-time payments for personalized digital publishing and presentation services. No physical item is shipped. Before payment you review the oath and tier. Payment is verified on the server; the oath becomes public only after content review. The personalized publication service is fulfilled when the approved oath is published with its public page, position and digital presentation.

2. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Where permitted by applicable law and Paddle’s rules, completed personalized publications are generally non-refundable merely because you change your mind after fulfillment. This is not an automatic waiver of a cooling-off period or cancellation right. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable Paddle Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to Paddle purchases and take precedence over a conflicting restriction here.

3. When Something Goes Wrong

Request assistance if the service was not delivered, a technical failure prevented publication, you were charged more than once for the same order, an oath was rejected before fulfillment, a refund is required by law, or Paddle’s rules provide another entitlement. Payment and order references are retained so a successful payment without publication can be investigated and resolved by fulfillment or an appropriate refund. We do not treat a browser success screen as completed delivery.

4. Before Publication

You can cancel an unpaid reservation in the site. For a paid order awaiting review, request cancellation promptly through support or Paddle buyer support. Cancelling a reservation does not itself reverse a completed payment. We will assess paid cancellations under the applicable consumer rights and payment-provider rules.

5. How to Request Help

Include the order or transaction reference, oath number if available, email used for the payment and a description of the issue. Do not include a full card number or card security code. Any approved monetary refund is processed through the payment provider to the applicable payment method; processing times depend on the provider and bank. We cannot promise immediate bank settlement.

For an existing Paddle payment, you can also use Paddle’s buyer support. Never send a full card number or password.

6. Test Checkouts

This site currently offers clearly labeled sandbox checkouts only. They charge no real money and cannot generate monetary refunds. These published policies describe the intended commercial service; real purchases remain disabled until the service and payment account are ready.
